Valhella Controls
This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide to mastering the controls of the Valhella prototype. It covers movement, combat, and interface navigation using keyboard, mouse, or gamepad inputs.
- A PC with keyboard and mouse, or a gamepad
- The current build is an early prototype
Movement Controls
Move with W, A, S and D on the keyboard, or the left stick on a gamepad. Look around with the mouse or the right stick.
Sprinting and Jumping
Hold Left Shift (gamepad: right trigger) to sprint. Sprinting uses stamina and stops when stamina runs low. Press Space (gamepad: A) to jump.
Combat Actions
Left mouse button (gamepad: X) is a light attack. Right mouse button (gamepad: Y) is a heavy attack. Q (gamepad: right bumper) uses your class ability.
Interface and Status Display
Press F1 to show or hide the shore readout, which shows your class, life, breath, weapon, birth sign, the ruling sign and the civic date. These controls are from the early prototype and may change.
