Game pre-orders

Pre-orders are fully refundable any time before launch. Email odin@valhella.com from the email address on your valhella.com account and ask for a refund. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account (“Manage or cancel”). It stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Anything else

For questions about character insert credits or any other charge, email odin@valhella.com with the email address on your account.

Merch bought from the Odin Valhella merch shop is sold through Fourthwall, not valhella.com.
