valhella.com is run by William Cody Kelsey, doing business as Odin Valhella, in Rexburg, Idaho, USA. Questions: odin@valhella.com.
Accounts
You need a free account (an email address and a password) to use the Character Forge or to buy anything. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Character Forge
You must be 13 or older to use the Character Forge. Create original characters only: no real people and no characters from other franchises. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Purchases
All purchases are made here on valhella.com and processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. These are not in-game purchases.
- Valhella Founder Pre-order ($20, one time). Valhella is in development. Any release timing we share is an estimate, not a guarantee. Pre-orders are fully refundable any time before launch; email odin@valhella.com. A Steam key is delivered to your valhella.com account at launch.
- Valhella Subscription ($10 per month). Renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Includes 1 free character insert in total (one per customer, not per month; it does not refill on renewal or if you cancel and resubscribe). Additional character inserts are $10 each.
- Character Insert ($10 each, one time). One credit to bring one Forge character into Valhella. Credits stay on your account until used.
- Warband 3-pack ($25, one time). 3 character insert credits. Credits stay on your account until used.
- Clan 5-pack ($40, one time). 5 character insert credits. Credits stay on your account until used.
- Founder Bundle ($28, one time). 1 character insert credit plus the Valhella Founder Pre-order. The pre-order part follows the pre-order terms above. Credits stay on your account until used.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
