valhella.com is run by William Cody Kelsey, doing business as Odin Valhella, in Rexburg, Idaho, USA.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and your password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Characters you forge: the name, description, class and style you enter, the images generated for them, and your character's birth sign. The date of birth you enter is used once to set the birth sign and check you are 13 or older; it is not stored.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount and status, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, and any Steam key assigned to your pre-order.
• Cookie: one sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe; we never see your card number.

Services we use

Vercel (website hosting and image storage), Cloudflare (account data storage), Stripe (payments), and image-generation services that receive your character description to create images. Generated images are stored at unguessable web addresses.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and this site doesn't use advertising trackers.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your account and its data, email odin@valhella.com from the email address on your account.
